How will I receive my purchase?
If you have purchased music sheets/partitions and or books, upon payment, you will be emailed a unique code and link to download the specific product(s). The music sheets/partitions and books are in a PDF file format.

How many download attempts will I have?
You will have 20 download attempts to get the product. After 20 attempts, the unique code will not work.

How long does it usually take for T-shirts and CD’s to ship?
They are typically shipped out within 3 days of payment.
